Emerson is looking for an Order Management Analyst in Stafford, TX, responsible for aligning customer orders and production schedules to meet delivery dates and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves managing backlog, tracking issues, handling customer requests, and liaising with internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience are required, along with strong computer and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage backlog priorities and order execution, measuring site performance of initial order commit dates and accurate discrepancies.
  • Track regional backlog aging, identify and review critical issues focusing on solutions and customer communication.
  • Serve as first contact post-sales order, manage customer change requests, and provide phone and email support related to customer happiness.
  • Advise customers on shipping/schedule changes, provide expediting and shipping schedule support, and ensure timely response to inquiries.
  • Develop professional customer relationships, communicate critical issues, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Liaise on order issues, clear credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and manage production schedules.

Krav

  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; Five years plus of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
  • Strong computer proficiency, solid math skills, and a high level of accuracy working with detailed information; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
