Alfa Laval, India is seeking an Order Handler for its ONE ERP project in Pune. This role involves designing ERP blueprints for order management in Service Operations, covering Field Service and Service Centers. The position requires a diploma or graduate with 4-6 years of experience in order processing and mandatory ERP exposure.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review and cleanse existing master data.
  • Map existing order-to-cash processes for Service orders.
  • Support integration of existing system tools with ERP.
  • Design ERP processes for order processing, pricing, discounts, taxes, and contract terms.
  • Design customer account creation process in ERP.
  • Execute cutover order migration tasks and reconcile data.
  • Participate in go-live to process orders and monitor queues.
  • Execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) for order scenarios.
  • Verify end-to-end order flows.
  • Investigate and resolve order exceptions.
  • Validate key master data used by orders.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations between legacy systems and ERP.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and IT for issue resolution.
  • Document order processing procedures and create user guides.
  • Train end users on order-entry best practices.

Krav

  • Diploma/Graduate degree (Engineering & Commerce).
  • Knowledge of Purchase order / Contract’s commercial terms and conditions.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in order processing, order management, or order-to-cash roles.
  • Mandatory ERP exposure (MOVEX, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar preferred).
  • Comfortable using ERPs, order-entry screens, spreadsheets.
  • Basic SQL or data-query tools for reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes: quoting, order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing SLAs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional implementation teams and IT.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Proven participation in ERP implementations, cutovers, or major system upgrades is strongly preferred.
