Ansvarsområden

  • Respond to customer and sales inquiries by entering and managing customer orders.
  • Communicate shipment status and potential delays proactively.
  • Review, process, and coordinate order changes.
  • Expedite with factories and internal partners for on-time delivery.
  • Maintain collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Process and issue invoices.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Krav

  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Experience or education demonstrating ability to manage administrative, customer-facing, or order-related processes.
  • Comfort using digital tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and apply understanding to decisions.
  • Curiosity and initiative to explore new approaches and support process improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous experience in sales support, order management, or customer service in an international or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
