Order Handler vacancy in Pune, India. This role supports order handling and planning functions, ensuring timely execution of projects and efficient unit operations. Requires an engineer with 3-4 years of experience in module order handling and shop planning, with the ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing processes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare Product Structures for Non-standard modules based on BOM.
  • Coordinate with E&S or BU and purchase team for delivery information.
  • Prepare project plans for ongoing projects and participate in meetings.
  • Study RFQs for new projects and discuss lead time and cost.
  • Prepare shortages for each unit based on the month plan.
  • Discuss critical shortages with BU and purchase team and follow up.
  • Prepare packing lists for units ready for dispatch.
  • Coordinate with Stores for release of spares/loose supply material.
  • Check paint, tag, and name plate requirements for special units.
  • Distribute correct drawings and items for shop manufacturing.
  • Identify extra material and initiate scrapping actions.
  • Take active part in ALPS activities and ISO requirements.
  • Contribute to inventory reduction and optimization.
  • Identify shop issues and initiate C2/Near misses.

Krav

  • Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in module order handling and shop planning activities.
  • Ability to read drawings and understand PID, GA.
  • Working knowledge of module components like valves, instruments.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO/HSE.
  • Knowledge of IT Tools.
  • Flexible team player with good communication skill.
  • High integrity with a learning mindset and a positive approach.
  • Self-driven and an initiator.
