As an Order Entry Specialist in Kenosha, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role requires 1-2 years of experience in data entry or order processing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s system.
  • Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness, including pricing, terms, and delivery information.
  • Maintain constant communication with account representatives to ensure orders meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Provide updates on order status to account reps and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing order-related documentation and maintaining organized records.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry workflows.
  • Adhere to company standards and compliance policies for data management and confidentiality.

Krav

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
