Ansvarsområden

  • Process customer orders in ERP systems with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and validate order details, ensuring all commercial and customer requirements are captured.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Trade Compliance) and communicate with customers for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain and update customer data across ERP, CRM, and other systems.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate shipments to meet customer expectations.
  • Identify and implement solutions for non-standard order fulfillment.
  • Manage order acknowledgments, documentation, and archiving.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and handle order changes.

Krav

  • Experience in order processing, customer support, or commercial operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP).
  • Good digital skills (MS Office, data entry tools).
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Exposure to customer care or order management processes in a technical or manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages.
