Emerson is seeking an Order Administrator for a 6-month contract in Cluj-Napoca. This hybrid role involves processing customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and collaborating with internal departments. The ideal candidate has experience in sales support or administrative roles and strong English communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system with speed and accuracy.
  • Check trade compliance issues for each order.
  • Generate order acknowledgements.
  • Expedite factories to ensure on-time and complete delivery.
  • Maintain close contact with internal customers and Sales Offices to communicate status updates, delays, and problems.
  • Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices.
  • Conduct data management activities using the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, OCM, etc.).
  • Follow up on orders to ensure production and shipment on time.
  • Manage the common mailbox and ensure timely action on all emails.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management) to resolve order-related issues.

Krav

  • Minimum experience in a similar role (sales support / order entry / administrative).
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Good prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with virtual and remote teams.
  • Ability to solve various practical problems and balance multiple variables to resolve them.
