The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Oracle ERP Cloud system, including implementation, customization, and support. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various Oracle ERP Cloud modules and strong analytical and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Implement and configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules based on business requirements.
  • Customize and enhance Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities to align with business processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Oracle ERP Cloud system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on Oracle ERP Cloud usage and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Oracle ERP Cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in developing strategies for optimizing the Oracle ERP Cloud system to improve business performance.

Krav

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot Oracle ERP Cloud issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and end users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
