Electrolux Group is seeking an Operations Trainer in Springfield, TN to develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on the production floor. This role involves classroom instruction, hands-on learning, and record maintenance, requiring a high school diploma, 1+ year of relevant experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding classes, and On-the-job Training.
Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate production processes and provide hands-on practice.
Deliver Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) training aligned with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
Deliver quality training such as Standard work (JDS), defect detection, and QCP.
Train and certify employees in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Cranes, and Aerial Lift operation.
Train and certify employees on workstation operation according to standards (JDS).
Maintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.
Follow up with new employees during their first 30 days to ensure successful transition.

Krav

High School diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of work experience at Electrolux.
Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Excellent communication skills and strong comfort speaking in front of groups.
Basic knowledge of EMS tools and continuous improvement concepts.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
