Operate assembly and coil shop equipment in a manufacturing environment, adhering to safety and quality standards. Requires 0-2 years of experience with assembly and testing equipment, and willingness to work shifts. B.E/B. Tech/Diploma/ITI or any degree is accepted.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop per direction/schedule.
  • Conduct product assembly and basic equipment operation.
  • Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, and Molding machine.
  • Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for coil shop and Assembly shop.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and may rotate responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all quality standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement events like Kaizen.

Krav

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • 0-2 years experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
  • Willingness to work in shift basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 3 Kilogram weight.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
  • B.E/B. Tech/Diploma/ITI or any degree.
