  • Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound operations.
  • Supervise inbound activities like receiving, inventory verification, and storage.
  • Manage outbound operations including order processing, packing, and shipping.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
  • Manage team performance and assign tasks.
  • Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Drive team development and continuous improvement through training and reporting.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
