Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution.
  • Manage a team, optimize workflows, and maintain high service and productivity standards across receiving, processing, and dispatch functions.
  • Supervise inbound activities such as receiving, inventory verification, and storage.
  • Oversee outbound operations including order processing, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements while meeting operational KPIs and deadlines.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations by managing team performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
  • Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
