HID Global is seeking an Operations Officer in Bangalore, India, to manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance. This role also provides backup for critical functions like Logistics and Production Planning to ensure business continuity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience.

Ansvarsområden

Manage day-to-day production activities.
Ensure operational targets are achieved.
Maintain quality and compliance standards.
Serve as a designated backup for critical operational functions (e.g., Logistics, Production Planning, MRP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Perform mandatory checks and inspections such as MRP labeling.
Manage warehouse operations including Oracle Pick, Pack, Ship, and Stock Check.
Support machine/line maintenance with records.
Deliver Key KPI metrics such as OPD, XLT, DPPM.

Krav

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or better.
At least 2 years of industry experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or with limited guidance.
Ability to work as a good team player coordinating and collaborating with peers and other departments.
Open minded to support business unit/customer with extended hours if necessary.

Experience with Microsoft Technologies.
Familiarity with Oracle for warehouse management (Pick, Pack, Ship, Stock Check).
