We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives for Middle Mile pickup operations, network optimization, and partner management across India's fulfillment network. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and managing programs impacting customer experience and profitability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with Seller Loss Prevention to implement and scale Loss Recovery program.
  • Launch programs to drive down CPS for the middle mile pickup channel.
  • Work closely with the TRC team to develop and execute a comprehensive TRC audit execution plan and ensure compliance.
  • Create and collaborate with partner teams on network optimization strategies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive partner engagement strategy.
  • Lead partner engagement initiatives and conduct detailed cost calculations.
  • Launch a Partner scorecard system to track performance metrics.
  • Establish a Partner escalation management mechanism for issue resolution.
  • Conduct monthly Partner MBR (Monthly Business Reviews).
  • Design and implement a Partner Recognition & Rewards (R&R) program.

Krav

  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
