Ansvarsområden

  • Manage day-to-day execution, planning, network expansion, and carrier management for linehaul and middle mile operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies for surface transportation across various Amazon business units.
  • Build and maintain relationships with linehaul/middle mile carriers and key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage linehaul/middle mile schedules weekly and monthly.
  • Plan and scale capacities for peak sale events in collaboration with central teams and carriers.
  • Lead initiatives to improve network speed, reliability, and expansion with central stakeholders.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, cost, and efficiency.
  • Drive national/regional programs and projects by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Krav

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to keep pace with rapid growth and motivate others.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance.

  • 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
