ABB is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst in Xiamen, China, reporting to the Operations Finance Manager. This role involves managing capital expenditures, fixed assets, accounts payable, and bank-related activities within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and over 3 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Follow up on Capex with all business functions, including PO trace and GR follow-up.
  • Manage the CAPEX disposal process, cooperating with Facility Management.
  • Compare depreciation between actuals, budget, and forecast, analyzing root causes and proposing solutions.
  • Perform local administration for Fixed Assets in the iProcess system.
  • Prepare yearly FA count documents and lead physical counting.
  • Analyze deviations in FA management and suggest improvements.
  • Issue and receive debit notes, verifying supporting documents for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate IBH activities, including payments and receivables, with business functions and banks.
  • Manage Bank Acceptance Debt (BAD), including issuance, endorsement, collection, discount, and reconciliation.
  • Handle foreign currency activities due to government policies, including documentation and reporting.
  • Review and clear BS open items monthly, such as outstanding bank items, GRIR, and APDP.
  • Prepare ABACUS reports and quarterly disclosure packages for BAD, ATPF, and related parties.
  • Support KPMG audit, tax audit, and customer supplier audit with necessary financial and bank documents.
  • Assist with financial document filling.
  • Issue VAT invoices for items like material scrap income and debit notes.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Rich experience in accounting and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in written English.
  • Familiar with MS Excel is a must.
