Lead strategic initiatives for manufacturing footprint, automation, and digital transformation as an Operations Development Product Group Manager. Drive complex, international programs to maximize performance and customer value. Requires strong leadership and experience in industrial transformation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the design and execution of key strategic initiatives impacting manufacturing footprint, investments, automation, industrial innovation, digital transformation (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA), and organizational/operational excellence.
  • Maximize performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while elevating customer value globally.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations Development team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional, and international programs, managing high-complexity projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level and collaborate across R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Krav

  • Proven experience managing complex international projects/programs.
  • Exposure to manufacturing transformation.
  • Experience with CAPEX/footprint/relocation projects.
  • Exposure to digitalization (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
