Operations Controller EMEA and APAC
We are looking for the new Finance Leader for the Operations function in EMEA and APAC.
You will be part of the EMEA and APAC Finance Leadership Team and Operations Leadership Team.
You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm and report operationally to CFO BA EA and functionally to the COO EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partnership:
- Provide financial leadership to the Operations Areas by adding value in taking strategic and operational business decisions.
- Ensure understanding, communication and implementation of the financial and operations strategy in the Extended Operations EU Leadership Team and within the Operations Controllers.
- Ensure high quality, transparency and integrity of the financial information and management reports.
Financial Planning & Performance Management:
- Ensure Forecasting Process design and deployment for the operations organization
- Ensure business visibility through a solid governance model.
- Responsible for CAPEX management and control for Operations.
- Responsible for the cost strategy, definitions and governance.
- Responsible for Operations Cost & Efficiency including Volume, Cost and Productivity calculation/management.
- Provide financial input and analysis of different scenarios, new initiatives, etc., in order to support the operational decision-making process.
- Build, track and report financial KPIs in Operations.
- Collaborate with Financial Controlling to secure proper procedures are in place and followed up.
Finance Leadership to Operations Controlling:
- Ensure functional skills development for direct and functional reports across the Operations Finance organization.
- Ensure effective governance forums within the controlling teams to enable cascading of information, smooth collaboration and efficient ways of working.
- Work closely with the Operations Leadership Team, Finance Leadership Team and BA/Group Finance to ensure strong collaboration and support for the Operations finance function, talent management and capability building.
You will additionally be responsible for different expertise areas that contribute to the Operations P&L, such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Controlling domains.

Requirements:
- Academic background in Finance and Business Management
- Relevant Finance experience in relevant controlling areas, such as manufacturing, supply chain, product line, R&D
- Relevant experience in leading Finance teams operationally and functionally, preferably across EMEA and APAC regions
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken. Any other European language is a plus
