This role is for an Operations Associate on the Compliance India team in Hyderabad, responsible for end-to-end compliance operations in Amazon EU marketplaces. The candidate will drive innovation, manage production and quality KRAs, and ensure the safety and integrity of Amazon's systems and data.

Ansvarsområden

  • Responsible for end-to-end compliance operations in various Amazon EU marketplaces.
  • Organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
  • Owning the production and quality KRAs for the team.
  • Adhering to service level goals.
  • Experiencing a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time.
  • Ensuring the safety, security and integrity of Amazon's systems and data.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • 2+ years of work experience in operations with an ability to drive business/operations metrics.
  • Driving adoption of different tools.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Macros, Python would be an added advantage.
