Ansvarsområden
- Responsible for tax declaration and financial statements.
- In charge of analysis for Capex and department expenses.
- Responsible for preparing financial, tax, statistical, and foreign exchange reports as required by government departments.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain records of fixed assets in QAD and verify information for disposal.
- Coordinate with management for month-end costing closing, including costing master data checks, BOM, price, DL, and burden set in QAD, stocktaking, and variance analysis.
- Align key objectives and critical actions with related departments to achieve departmental targets.
Krav
- Experience in tax declaration and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in budgeting and expense analysis.
- Familiarity with government reporting requirements in finance, tax, statistics, and foreign exchange.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of fixed asset accounting and maintenance.
- Experience with costing closing processes and QAD system.
- Ability to analyze cost variances.
- Strong coordination and alignment skills with other departments.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with QAD system for costing and asset management is preferred.
- Understanding of BOM, pricing, direct labor, and burden set configurations in ERP systems.
