Ansvarsområden
- Oversee the operations of Local Operation including Project Management, Project Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Lead and supervise the local project execution team, ensuring adherence to ABB ROBOTICS Policies.
- Supervise project execution and performance management through project reviews.
- Ensure the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB ROBOTICS Policies, Controls, and SOX requirements.
- Drive operations resource planning based on sales and address gaps in project execution capability and capacity.
- Develop the solutions know-how and project execution experience in the local team.
- Lead implementation of continuous improvements for project execution strategy.
- Coaches, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates.
- Take over senior project manager role if needed.
Krav
- More than 10 years' experience, preferable in automation/robotics, or with a system project background.
- A degree, ideally Engineering or comparable with training in Business Administration and Management.
- Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience.
- Strong customer-focus and proactive approach.
- Fluent in English.
