Amazon seeks an Operation Executive to manage and improve 3P stores, focusing on operations, performance, design, and compliance. This hybrid role involves stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and store visits to drive quality, productivity, speed, and cost efficiencies. Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor operations of assigned 3P stores and suggest/deploy improvements.
  • Identify and act on useful data from multiple sources.
  • Foresee implications based on current data and trends.
  • Notify situations, solve problems, and prevent recurrence promptly.
  • Liaise between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining objectives and privacy.
  • Train and direct associates on actions and conformance to norms.
  • Visit stores for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.
  • Conduct ops checklists based on SOP.
  • Communicate with team and operations stakeholders.
  • Manage Amazon-driven processes at 3P stores.
  • Provide training and one-point lessons to ground staff on Amazon Operation processes.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience with Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or an MBA.
  • Good level of Excel skills, including macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookups.
