Atlas Copco is looking for an Onsite Service Engineer in Haiphong, Vietnam. This role involves providing excellent customer service and efficient on-site service for industrial tools, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. The position requires a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2-3 years of technical field service experience, and Vietnamese language proficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide a high level of customer service through effective and efficient onsite service operations.
  • Develop professionalism in onsite service TMC operations at customer sites in Hai Phong.
  • Build rapport with customers through effective communication and professionalism.
  • Deliver service products including start-up, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Plan and manage on-time preventive maintenance for tool performance improvement and lifetime extension.
  • Be responsible for onsite contract operational KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Availability) and ensure target fulfillment.
  • Update and report status progression and KPIs to the Onsite Service Leader/Service Manager.
  • Maintain regular meetings with customers to identify requirements and deliver gap closure plans.
  • Interact with other functions like project and sales to optimize cross-functional processes.
  • Support projects as assigned by the Onsite Service Leader/Service Manager.
  • Maintain global operation standards of the TMC (Tool Management Center) system.
  • Develop cost-saving programs and improvement activities to support service contract proposals.

Krav

  • 2-3 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial Electric Tool/ equipment (Atlas Copco and other) or equivalent.
  • High level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Vietnamese speaking is a must.
  • English literacy is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Computer literate.
