As an Onsite Service Engineer in Austin, TX, you will provide expert repair services for technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding safety standards. Your responsibilities include inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical systems, performing installations, and serving as the on-site customer contact.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
  • Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
  • Document all activities.
  • Serve as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Krav

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum).
  • Ideally, with customer facing experience.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Self-directed with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
  • Collaboration and support with team members.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and standards.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
  • Ability to use computer software to record data and write reports.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation (e.g., technical drawings).
