Edwards is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot vacuum and abatement products. This role requires strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma is required, with an AS degree preferred.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver frontline support in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
  • Focus on safety and quality while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Record data and write reports using computer software.
  • Understand and interpret technical documentation, such as technical drawings.

Krav

  • High School Diploma (AS degree preferred; full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum).
  • Customer-facing experience is ideal.
  • Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and timeframes.
  • Self-directed with the ability to understand and resolve problems.
  • Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Collaborates and supports team members to deliver company objectives.
  • Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
  • Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
  • Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work (e.g., technical drawings).
