Edwards is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to provide frontline support for product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, along with a resilient mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in areas like electronics, mechanics, or vacuum technology, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver frontline support in key operational activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
  • Focus on safety and quality while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Record data and write reports using computer software.
  • Understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work, e.g., technical drawings.
  • Collaborate and support with team members to deliver company objectives.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations are met.

Krav

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience in relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
  • Ideally, with customer facing experience.
  • Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and timeframes, while working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems aligned with job responsibilities and escalates through the appropriate channels when required.
  • Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand customer ‘s business.
  • Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
  • Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
  • Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work e.g., technical drawings.

  • Prefer an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
