Edwards is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer in Hillsboro, OR to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot vacuum and abatement products. This role requires a High School Diploma, 1-3 years of technical experience, and strong customer focus. You will be part of a global leader committed to innovation and sustainability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver frontline support in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
  • Ensure focus on safety and quality while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Record data and write reports using computer software.
  • Understand and interpret technical documentation, such as technical drawings.

Krav

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum).
  • Ideally, with customer-facing experience.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems.
  • Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Collaborates and supports with team members.
  • Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
  • Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • AS degree preferred (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
  • Ability to escalate issues through appropriate channels when required.
  • Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand customer’s business.
  • Provide coaching to less experienced team members.
