As an Onsite Service Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, you will provide expert repair services for technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing technical systems, and acting as the on-site customer contact.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
  • Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Perform installations and ensure safety compliance.
  • Document activities accurately.
  • Serve as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Report into the Site Manager.

Krav

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum).
  • Customer facing experience is ideal.
  • Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and timeframes, while working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems aligned with job responsibilities and escalate when required.
  • Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
  • Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations are met.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
  • Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
  • Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work, e.g., technical drawings.
