Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of onboarding for Google in India.
  • Partner across teams to design creative interaction models and establish a welcoming employee journey.
  • Draw insights from data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals.
  • Communicate program goals and objectives to stakeholders.
  • Navigate a matrixed stakeholder ecosystem to bring radical design ideas to life.
  • Build strong buy-in, facilitate design discussions, and align key decision-makers across teams.
  • Lead improvement and change management across the onboarding life-cycle.
  • Utilize feedback and redesign to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of relevant human resources experience in India.

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management skills and delivery experience.
  • Strong execution focus and calendarization experience to enable a unified experience.
