The role involves connecting site operations, engineering, planning, and contractors, contributing to decision-making and cost optimization.
Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, site campaigns, and operational projects.
- Follow up on contractor, vendor, and service partner performance.
- Connect site operations, engineering, planning, logistics, procurement, and external partners.
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalated operational topics.
- Contribute to budgeting, cost optimization, procurement activities, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.
Krav
- Degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of experience in operations, maintenance, project coordination, asset management, or contractor management within an industrial, infrastructure, energy, or offshore setting.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and priorities in a changing operational environment.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and inclusive communication style.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with enterprise business systems such as SAP or comparable tools.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving licence and ability to commute to IJmuiden.
