Ansvarsområden

  • Work consultatively with customers on occupational health at individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Collaborate proactively to identify and mitigate workplace risks and promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
  • Support rehabilitation and return-to-work processes.
  • Conduct occupational health consultations and assessments.
  • Provide support and advice via telephone and call center services.
  • Participate in daytime emergency response and provide crisis intervention.
  • Act as an advisor to managers on occupational health and employee well-being.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Conduct pre-employment medical assessments, health surveillance, and statutory medical examinations.
  • Lead and contribute to internal projects for service development and improvement.

Krav

  • Valid nursing qualification and registration as an Occupational Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in occupational health services or strong interest in workplace health and well-being.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good digital literacy and confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
