Accenture seeks an Offering Development Associate Director to shape and evolve Finance offerings, focusing on Order to Cash. This role involves collaborating across teams to develop client-ready assets and provide functional expertise in Finance & Accounting transformation, Order to Cash, and AI-enabled finance operations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the Finance Reinvention Partner Offering Development Lead in shaping, scaling, and evolving Finance offerings and solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop client-ready offering assets, narratives, and sales materials.
  • Contribute functional Finance expertise across Order to Cash to enhance offering relevance.
  • Develop Order to Cash offering content addressing customer billing, credit, collections, disputes, cash application, and working capital.
  • Partner with research, strategy, and analyst relations teams to synthesize market intelligence for offering assets.
  • Identify offering content gaps and emerging capability needs in Finance reinvention and AI-enabled operations.
  • Act as a Finance offering subject matter expert to support account and sales teams.
  • Develop thought leadership, credentials, and enablement content for Finance offering adoption.

Krav

  • Offering Development in Finance with strong domain understanding of Finance & Accounting transformation.
  • Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), including customer billing, credit and collections, dispute management, cash application, deductions, revenue leakage, and working capital improvement.
  • Experience with AI-enabled finance operations and productized offerings.
  • Familiarity with Accenture sales and solutioning processes.
  • Ability to build differentiated client-ready narratives connecting Finance domain knowledge with data, AI, automation, products, platforms, and ecosystem capabilities.
  • Commercial and solutioning acumen including familiarity with Accenture sales processes, proposal development, Bill of Materials content, pursuit support, and value-based positioning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Structured problem-solving and content synthesis skills.

  • Any Graduation, MBA
  • 18 to 28 years of experience
  • Experience in Finance Order to Cash (O2C) offering development and lifecycle management.
  • Innovation mindset and continuous-improvement orientation.
