Electrolux Group is hiring a Noise Test Engineer for their laboratory in Rayong, Thailand. This role involves preparing and executing noise testing for appliances, analyzing results, and participating in new project development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in acoustics and noise measurement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and control Noise Lab facilities and equipment.
  • Plan for Noise Lab capabilities improvement.
  • Coordinate with Global laboratories for equipment, test procedures, and capabilities.
  • Support cost reduction and quality improvement activities.
  • Prepare and execute lab activities for appliance evaluation (functionality, safety, performance).
  • Analyze test results against specifications and record data.
  • Participate in the development of new projects.
  • Solve straightforward to complex problems, identifying and generating possible solutions.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams and share knowledge.
  • Contribute actively to team activities, sharing experience and ideas.
  • Ensure Technical Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Collaborate with a strategic mindset and a strong sense of urgency.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant R&D in Acoustics & Noise Measurement, preferably from the appliances industry.
  • Experience using measurement equipment and performing calibration activities.
  • Good data analysis skills with the ability to interpret results and prepare clear, actionable reports.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Understanding of laboratory safety requirements and quality management systems.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer, Dish Washer Functionality.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Basic Microsoft Project knowledge.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Knowledge of Product Safety.
  • Familiarity with Test Equipment and Data Acquisition.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership potential.
  • Strong Problem Solving, Judgement & decision making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Document control according to ISO/IEC 17025.
