Ansvarsområden
- Support the day-to-day operation of digital platforms (WeChat, Zhihu, Douyin, Bilibili) via content publishing, community engagement, and audience interaction.
- Assist with content planning and development, including researching topics, drafting/editing copy, and optimizing content for platforms and audience needs.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns and online events to enhance brand awareness and user participation.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media developments to identify opportunities for innovative content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives.
Krav
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with platforms such as WeChat, Zhihu, Douyin, and Bilibili, including their operating principles, content styles, and user behaviors.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for different digital channels.
- Experience using video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Familiarity with content formatting and publishing tools (e.g., Xiumi, 135 Editor).
- Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Proficiency in English, including supporting content translation and localization.
- Fundamental data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
