This entry-level position is for recent technical school graduates with no prior experience. The role involves learning and applying WCM methods and quality parameters, performing autonomous maintenance, and following production safety rules.

Ansvarsområden

Follow production safety rules
Work according to existing procedures/Standards
Execute basic AM (Autonomous Maintenance) operations (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication)
Define anomalies and put tags
Conduct basic/elementary quality tests
Create OPls and SOPs

Krav

Fresh from technical school and having no experience
Basic technical production process knowledge
Basic technical skills - to be able pass technical test
Attentiveness to detail to identify Quality parameters
Ability to learn fast and discipline to follow process
Basic knowledge of MS Office
