Ericsson is seeking a New Grad Reliability Engineer in Beijing. This role focuses on supporting component selection, reliability certification, risk assessment, testing, and failure analysis to ensure product reliability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and knowledge of reliability engineering principles.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive the reliability part of component selection and technical specification.
  • Lead reliability certification for newly introduced components, including defining standards, schemes, risk conclusions, and improvement actions.
  • Assess reliability risks and perform component testing to identify weak points.
  • Design and verify component-level reliability schemes and resolve reliability issues.
  • Conduct component failure analysis and participate in design improvement and reliability audits.
  • Coach component testers and failure analysts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and capability building.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably from a leading university, in Material Physics, Material Engineering, Component Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Microelectronics, Packaging, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of component reliability, reliability testing, risk assessment, certification, and failure analysis.
  • Ability to communicate with integrity, present information clearly, and structure complex topics effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to working with others.
  • Passion for new technology and continuous learning.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
