Ansvarsområden

  • Develop deep understanding and hands-on experience of operational processes across the supply chain.
  • Deep dive and analyze operational data to find root causes for losses, invent or replicate solutions, and track impact.
  • Improve operational processes by standardizing metrics, processes, and SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses.
  • Drive product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses.

Krav

  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
