Ansvarsområden
- Own the performance, reliability, and condition of designated utility assets and plant rooms.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, and reliability improvement activities across utilities systems.
- Ensure statutory inspections, compliance actions, and maintenance requirements remain fully up to date.
- Coordinate and manage specialist contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to required standards.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset performance.
Krav
- Recognised engineering qualification, ideally electrical.
- Experience in manufacturing, food, FMCG, or industrial environments.
- Strong fault-finding capability.
- Contractor management experience.
- Good understanding of preventative maintenance principles.
- Ability to take ownership, approach problems systematically, and work collaboratively.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with utilities systems such as steam generation, refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, HVAC, CHP, water treatment, electrical distribution, or building services infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
- Exposure to CMMS systems.
- Exposure to RCA methodologies.
- Exposure to continuous improvement activities.

- Monday-Friday days role working 37.5 hours per week.
- Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
- Participation in a 1-in-4 weekend cover rotation.
