We are seeking an MS Core and Cloud Specialist in Noida, India, to manage end-to-end monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization of CS Core, Packet Core, and IMS networks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in core network monitoring and optimization.
Ansvarsområden
- Monitor CS/PS/IMS KPIs in real time and detect threshold breaches
- Manage incidents end-to-end with RCA and timely escalation
- Generate operational and KPI performance reports
- Analyze trends and perform optimization (parameter tuning, KPI improvement)
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
- Coordinate with NOC, engineering teams, and stakeholders
- Support maintenance activities and validate post-change performance
Krav
- Strong experience in CS Core, EPC (MME, SGW, PGW), and IMS (VoLTE/VoWiFi)
- Expertise in KPI monitoring, RCA, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of LTE/VoLTE signaling and core network architecture
- Hands-on with tools like ENM, ENIQ, Cisco Prime, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science
- 10+ years in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization
- Strong knowledge of KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Availability)
- Experience in troubleshooting, KPI analysis, and reporting
