Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Work with text, speech, audio, image, and video data.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using in-house tools and software to meet KPIs.
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across various modalities.
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous information.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to switch between tasks.
  • Support daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
  • Identify process and operational issues in SOPs and tools and suggest improvements.
  • Provide floor support and clarify internal queries during execution.

Krav

  • Associate's Degree or related work experience.
  • C1+ or equivalent fluency in X language.
  • Strong business writing skills for reports and correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions.
  • Proficient research skills for gathering and synthesizing information.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources for research.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
  • 2-3 years project coordination or management experience (for support functions teams).
