Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Work with diverse data types: text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across modalities.
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous information.
  • Exhibit an eye for detail and ability to switch between different requirements.
  • Support daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
  • Identify and suggest changes for process and operational issues in SOPs and tools.
  • Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.

Krav

  • An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
  • Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
  • Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
