Amazon is seeking an ML Data Associate-II for its Artificial General Intelligence team in Hyderabad. This role involves labeling various data types (text, speech, image, video) to support the development of generative AI and large language models, ensuring high-quality human insight data and strict confidentiality.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Amazon policies for customer privacy.
  • Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs.
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and ability to switch between task categories.
  • Support daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for process and operational issues in SOPs and tools.
  • Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.

Krav

  • An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
  • Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
  • Proficient research skills for gathering and synthesizing information.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • C1 English language proficiency.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for research.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
  • 1+ years of project coordination or management experience.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
