Amazon is seeking an ML Data Associate-II to contribute to the development of Artificial General Intelligence and Large Language Models. This role involves working with diverse data types (text, speech, audio, image, video) to deliver high-quality labeled data and insights, ensuring strict confidentiality and operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs.
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous information.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to switch between different requirements.
  • Support daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
  • Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, suggesting improvements.
  • Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.

Krav

  • An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
  • Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
  • Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • C1 English language proficiency.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research purposes.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • 1+ years project coordination or management experience.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
