We are seeking an ML Data Associate for our Artificial General Intelligence team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves foundational labeling tasks for AI development, including dialogue evaluation on text, speech, audio, and video data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while contributing to innovative AI solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools.
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous information.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to switch between task categories.
  • Support daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.
  • Analyze root causes of errors and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
  • Identify process and operational issues in SOPs and tools, and suggest changes.
  • Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.

Krav

  • Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
  • Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions.
  • Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (may vary by location).
  • C1 English language proficiency.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources for research.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
  • 1+ years of project coordination or management experience.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
