IKEA Gastronomie is seeking a part-time employee (m/f/d) for their Koblenz location. This role, with flexible hours between 20-32 per week, involves customer service, food preparation, and cash handling. Previous experience in gastronomy is a plus, and HACCP knowledge is beneficial.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly service to customers in the restaurant, Swedish shop, bistro, and staff restaurant.
  • Ensure guests receive appetizing meals.
  • Calculate and process payments for meals.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting work area.

Krav

  • Welcome to career changers (Quereinsteiger:in).
  • Service-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Potential prior experience as a cook, service staff, waiter/waitress, restaurant specialist, restaurateur/system restaurateur, or home economist.
  • Potential gastronomic training.
  • Ideally, experience with HACCP guidelines in gastronomy.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Open to individuals with no prior experience in the specific role.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including early, middle, and late shifts from Monday to Saturday.
  • Willingness to have at least one Saturday off per month.
