AWS is seeking an experienced Manager, AI Engineering to lead a team of customer-facing developers and architects. This role involves setting technical vision, engaging with C-level executives on AI strategy, and driving thought leadership in generative AI. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of deep technical expertise, strong people leadership, and organizational influence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Applied AI Architects.
  • Set the technical vision and strategic direction for the Applied AI Architecture practice worldwide.
  • Serve as a technically credible executive sponsor to strategic customers, engaging with C-level technology leaders on AI strategy.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with AWS service and product teams.
  • Drive Thought Leadership through publications, frameworks, and speaking engagements.
  • Create scalable programs, tools, and enablement assets for the AWS field.
  • Navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving technical domain and make directional decisions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing patterns to inform organizational strategy.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or certifications.
  • 10+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
