Microsoft is looking for a Metro Construction EHS Manager in Gävle, Sweden, to oversee environmental, health, and safety protocols for cloud infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in construction safety management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive initiatives with accountability, adaptability, and urgency.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Influence and align stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate performance metrics.
  • Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish shared goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
  • Experience in safety, environmental health and safety, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of risks across multiple sites, including operations within Spain or other European locations.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable regulatory and industry safety standards relevant to construction and operational activities in Spain.
  • Experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments, aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certification as a construction EHS Professional such as IOSH or BCSP.
  • Demonstrated experience and success with delivering cross functional programs, including ownership, and driving results.
  • Experience in Mission Critical project delivery and large civil / Building projects.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Förmåner

  • Typical base pay range for this role across Sweden is kr 622,000.00 - kr 1,126,000.00 per year.
