Mendix Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mendix Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in application development, workflow automation, integrations, and rapid application delivery using low-code/no-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
• Build responsive web and mobile applications using Mendix Studio Pro.
• Develop microflows, nanoflows, business rules, and workflows.
• Configure integrations with SAP, Salesforce, REST APIs, SOAP services, databases, and third-party applications.
• Implement security, user roles, access controls, and governance standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support application enhancements, releases, and production deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Mendix Studio Pro.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code applications.

  • Azure Services
• Knowledge of Java customization in Mendix.
• Exposure to cloud deployment and containerized environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Mendix Certification preferred.

Experience Required

• 3–8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end application development project using Mendix.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Process Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Supply Chain domains.
• Knowledge of Low-Code Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of mendix applications.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
4. Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards are met, and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Stay updated on mendix platform updates and best practices to enhance project delivery.
6. Mentor team members on mendix development and encourage continuous learning.
7. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
8. Participate in client meetings to discuss technical aspects and provide updates on project progress.
