As a Mechanical Systems Engineer, you will be the technical lead for compressor package designs, ensuring customer requirements are met. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, experience with industrial equipment, and strong communication skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Serve as the technical anchor throughout the project lifecycle, transforming customer requirements into reliable compressor package designs.
- Support project execution through design calculations, drawing and bill of material reviews, compressor package layout development, and component research.
- Review and interpret customer specifications, define project scope, and incorporate requirements into project designs and documentation.
- Specify major compressor package components, including oil systems, seal gas systems, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filters, and related auxiliary equipment.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, manufacturing, field service, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and project milestones.
- Review vendor drawings and documentation, provide technical feedback, and ensure compliance with project requirements and engineering standards.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience supporting industrial equipment, process systems, or turbomachinery projects
- Strong technical knowledge of oil systems, seal gas systems, piping systems, and industrial equipment design
- Experience working with industrial turbomachinery or rotating equipment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CAD software, engineering documentation, and specification development
