Ansvarsområden
- Develop mechatronic, electrical, and pneumatic modules with a focus on mechanical design and detailing.
- Execute development projects for new electric and hybrid actuator platforms, ensuring compliance with development processes, requirements, and milestones.
- Contribute to defining functional specifications based on approved requirement profiles.
- Conduct feasibility and manufacturability studies with suppliers, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Define and support functional and endurance tests with Laboratory teams.
- Collaborate in international, interdisciplinary, and cross-site development projects.
- Support project managers in achieving technical and commercial objectives while ensuring project timelines.
- Develop innovative technical concepts and drive the integration of new technologies into product development projects.
- Work closely with global engineering teams for successful development, validation, and implementation of new products.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in Automation technologies.
- Very good knowledge of common CAD systems, CREO/Windchill preferred.
- Experience with calculations related to strength, service life, wear, dimensioning, and tolerances of components.
- Very good communication skills in both English and German, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel (~20%).
- Currently based in Germany with valid work authorization.
